Refund Policy 

NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS THERE IS AN ERROR ON EPA FINANCIAL’S BEHALF.

 

Inconvenience Fee

Every Penny Accounts Financial LLC is to render services to customers within 24-48 hours after payment has been received. In order for EPA Financial to complete services, client must ensure all required information and documents are received within 24 hours of paid invoice unless communicated with admin team. If a client does not send or provide information within the allotted time and has not communicated the matter, client will be issued a refund minus 15% for an inconvenience.

 

Consultation Refund Policy

All consultations are NON-REFUNDABLE. Client will be able to reschedule within 24 hours of scheduled consultation time. Client must notify Every Penny Accounts Financial via email clients@epafinancialsolutions. Every Penny Accounts Financial will attempt to contact client at the schedule appointment time. If client does not answer or return the call before the appointment time is over, client will have to purchase another consultation at the full price. Consultation cost does not apply to services.
